Method 1
The safest way to connect to eduroam is by using the eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool.
Refer to the section “Connecting to eduroam using the eduroam CAT (Configuration Assistant Tool)” for instructions.

Method 2

A) Before connecting, ensure that the eduroam service is enabled for your account. Go to https://mussa.upnet.gr/user → My Account → My Services → Wireless Access Network / eduroam: ON (enter your password) –> Save changes.

B) From the Menu Bar, select the Wi-Fi icon. From the list of wireless networks, select eduroam (if there is coverage where you are). You will be asked for your account details; enter your username with the suffix @upatras.gr, e.g., if the username is “user1234”, enter: “user1234@upatras.gr” (the same applies to undergraduate students. They should also select username@upatras.gr even if they have an email of the form @ac.upatras.gr)

Click Join

You will be asked to trust the digital certificate. Press Continue to connect to eduroam.

To make changes to the certificate trust settings, you may need to enter your computer’s password. Press Update Settings to complete the connection.
